Is the COLEGAS Conference an institutional or individual registration?
COLEGAS conferences are purchased at the individual level. If you are a member of COLEGAS, then you get a discount on the conference registration. Not a member of COLEGAS yet, now is a great time to join. Join here.
How can I pay for my conference registration?
You are able to pay by credit card and/or check. If you have questions regarding registration payment please reach out to Conference@colegas.org

Am I able to book my hotel before registering for the conference?
Yes. We have two hotels you can select from.
Hotel 1: You can reserve your room through our Conference Block here: Book your Hyatt Regency group rate for COLEGAS Annual Conference Attendees. The last day to reserve at the Room Block rate is October 7, 2024.
The Room rate is $229. Event dates are from November 3, 2024 - November 6, 2024. Extended stay is available October 31, 2024 - November 07, 2024.

Is there a student track? Can I bring student scholars?
While we love our student scholars, we also see the need to nurture ourselves so that we can return to our campuses and truly serve our students; therefore, we do not offer a student track, and our conference is tailored to professionals in the California Community Colleges.
Is there an agenda for the Conference?
Yes. We are currently solidifying workshops for the conference and will have a conference agenda out soon. You can see our tentative agenda on our event page here [add glue up event page]
If I register by company check, how do I receive the invoice?
When registering, select to "Pay by check" and click submit. A Registration Confirmation will be sent to the email address that you provided which will contain your invoice." In the invoice you will find all of the details to submit your payment by check. We are not accepting Purchase Orders at this time.
Who do I send my registration payment to?
Payment by check will be accepted from your institution and must arrive by November 1, 2024.
